What is the difference between retail and institutional accounts?

Retail accounts are for individual investors who want access to our curated model portfolios. You can sign up online, start with a 30-day free trial, and subscribe when you are ready.

Institutional accounts are for organizations that use our portfolio optimization tools. Accounts are created by our team after you contact us. Billing and packages are arranged directly with your account manager.

What are model portfolios?

Model portfolios are ready-made, curated portfolios maintained by our team. Retail subscribers can browse portfolio summaries on the homepage and view full details—including allocations and risk metrics—in the dashboard after signing in. A 30-day free trial is available for new retail accounts.

What does the portfolio optimization feature do?

Portfolio optimization is available to institutional accounts. It analyzes selected companies to help maximize returns while managing risk, using factors such as asset performance, correlations, and your stated risk tolerance. You submit a request through the dashboard and receive allocation recommendations aligned with your goals.

How do I get started?

Retail: Create an account to start your free trial and access model portfolios.

Institutional: Contact us to discuss your needs. Once your account is set up, your account manager will assign a subscription package and you can use New request in the dashboard to run optimizations.

How much does it cost?

Retail (model portfolios): $18/mo or $175/yr if billed annually. Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Includes a 30-day free trial for new sign-ups.

Institutional (optimizer): Silver (25 requests/month), Gold (50), and Diamond (75) packages are assigned by your account manager, with monthly or annual billing. An active subscription is required for requests with up to 15 companies; each covered request uses one slot from your monthly allowance. Per-request pricing applies when you select more than 15 companies: $0.99 per company for all selected companies in that request.

Institutional package pricing is negotiated with your account manager; online checkout is not used for institutional subscriptions.

What payment methods are supported?

Retail subscriptions can be paid online with PayPal or major credit and debit cards (via Tap Payments).

Institutional accounts arrange payment with their account manager—for example by wire transfer or other agreed methods. Institutional subscriptions and per-request fees are not paid through the website checkout.

How often are model portfolios rebalanced?

Our curated model portfolios are rebalanced automatically every day at 2:00 AM UTC so allocations stay aligned with current market data. You can also rebalance your own institutional portfolios manually from the dashboard at any time.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. Multi-factor authentication is available on your account, and we follow security best practices to keep your information safe.
